The Jefferson Elementary School 5th graders spent their Community Day volunteering at the Hart Park Senior Center on Tuesday, November 21st. This has been an annual tradition for them and they love to spend it with the seniors. The day was packed with cleaning, art and crafts with seniors, lunch with the seniors and lastly an opportunity to learn how to Curl with the Wauwatosa Curling Club. Even though the weather didn't fully cooperate, we all had a great time together. Thank you Jefferson 5th graders for giving the Hart Park Senior Center some extra energy and joyfulness before the Thanksgiving holiday.
